Due to ongoing staff restructuring and a period of significant business growth, Mowerpower Ltd is excited to welcome a new Parts and Service Advisor to our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established company at the forefront of the garden machinery and equipment industry.
🔧 About the Role:
As a Parts and Service Advisor, youโll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice and support on parts and servicing needs. Youโll work closely with our workshop and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts enquiries and service bookings
- Identify and source parts efficiently using internal systems
- Liaise with technicians to coordinate service schedules
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and service jobs
- Provide updates and follow-ups to customers regarding service progress
- Support the team in delivering a high standard of customer care
👤 What Weโre Looking For: - Previous experience in a similar role (automotive, agricultural, or garden machinery preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- IT literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
